How the evening runs
One room, an even split, a structured rotation and a deck of questions on every table. Here is the whole thing, in order.

Arrive
Doors open at 5:00 PM at a premium venue we have chosen for the room, with enough tables for the rotation.

Check in
Someone from Thirty Plus is at the door, a founder or one of the volunteer team. They have the list, they check you in, and they tell you where to sit first.

Even split
As many men as women, every event. The split is enforced at check-in, so the room is what it says it is, not whoever happened to turn up.

Sit
25 to 30 guests and no more. Small enough that by the end of the evening you have met everyone, large enough that you are never stuck.

Rotate
A structured rotation moves you from table to table through the evening. Nobody hovers at the bar, nobody has to work a room.

Talk
Every table has an icebreaker deck. Pick a card, ask the question, and the first conversation takes care of itself. The decks are below.
