One room, an even split, a structured rotation and a deck of questions on every table. Here is the whole thing, in order.

Doors from 5:00 PM at a venue we have chosen for the room, not the rent.

The founders are at the door. They run the list themselves.

As many men as women, enforced at check-in, every event.

25 to 30 guests. Small enough that you will meet everyone.

A structured rotation, table to table. Not open mingling, not a queue at the bar.

An icebreaker deck on every table, so the first conversation is never the hard one.
